- Customer service is our number ONE priority. The customer is not always right, but the customer ALWAYS leaves happy.
- The desire to learn is a must, our servers are expected to know our menu just as well as our cooks do.
- If called for an interview please review our webpage and our menu prior to coming in.
- We do not expect you to know all our wines, all the items on our menu or every cooking technique we use, but we DO expect you to ask questions and learn all of these things for the betterment of our restaurant and yourselves. having to be taught something is never a problem, ignorance is.
- We encourage creativity, we encourage opinion and suggestion. We may or may not use your idea, it is nothing personal, when you have your own restaurant you can do what you want 🙂
